I have time to take only one commission slot so I will be looking through all the submissions and choosing which project interests me the most :) 

It will take me 10-12 weeks from time of payment to complete your personalized Blythe doll. This allows me to have enough time to order everything and create a doll you love! Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

To help streamline the process and allow me to start working on your doll as soon as possible, please include as many reference pictures as you can that reflect your vision when submitting your request 🤗

Kindly give me about a week to go through all of the requests. If your submission was chosen, I will send you an email confirming that I will be taking on your request. No rejection emails will be sent out, so you will only hear from me if I pick your request.

Pricing

The starting price for personalized customs start at $700 USD. This price includes the base doll and customizations listed in the "Base Personalization" section.

Please note this is a firm price and I'm not comfortable with accepting any dolls sent to me for personalization as I like to purchase my Blythe bases from specific sellers I trust. This ensures I don't run into any possible customization issues with the base dolls. Thank you for understanding!

The default Blythe type I work with are replicas (TBL) but if you would like me to customize a genuine Blythe, please mention this in the request form. If you want a specific genuine Blythe model customized, specify the model in the form and I'll see what I can do! Pricing for a custom genuine Blythe start at $1,400 USD. Please keep in mind that specific genuine Blythe doll models cost more than others so this will affect the price.

*NOTE: The reroot / wig pricing depends on the artists I request them from! The price listed is the general starting price I have seen with the artists I work with. Also please keep in mind the availability for a reroot/wig also depends on their schedule. Thank you for understanding 😊

Payment

After agreement on the set of customizations I will do on your doll, I will create a private listing for you here where you can purchase your personalized doll.

Cancellations or major modifications on your doll is not accepted after your payment is finalized. Please see the "Rules" section to view the types of modifications I do accept.

"Base personalization" refers to the amount of customizations which are included in the base personalization price. 

I'm open to sending progress pictures as I work on your doll so feel free to reach out at any point!

NOTE: Your doll can come with straight/wavy/curly hair and is available in variety of colors! Note what you would like in the request form and I'll try to match your request as best I can.

Eye shape modifications are considered extra. This option is available within the form.

• Carved face (nose, mouth, philtrum, etc)
• New eye chips
• New neck joint
• New faceup sealed with Matte Mr Super Clear UV Flat, lips sealed with gloss varnish
• If you would like lips to be non glossy, please mention this in the form. There is no extra charge!
• Freckles, beauty marks, etc on the face can be added as well free of charge.
• Hair washed, trimmed, and styled
• Gaze correction
• Faux mink eyelashes
• New pull strings with charms 
• Sleepy eyes
• Artwork done on the back plate

Please note that I cannot do overly complex outfits. I will try my best to accommodate to any specific requests for detailed outfits, but I cannot guarantee exact remakes of requested outfits. 

Note: If you would like a specific detailed outfit, your doll will only come with one outfit.

• Two simple outfits, this could be any of the following: Dress, Top + skirt/shorts/pants combo
• Personalized sticker sheet
• Socks
• Shoes
• A small variety of doll accessories (some handmade by me!) - I will personalize the accessories to match what your overall "vision" of your doll is
• Care card with instructions
• Adoption certificate

I love bringing unique doll creations to life and appreciate your trust in my work! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please review the following guidelines:

Fabrics & Materials:

As part of my creative process, I source all fabrics and materials for your doll’s outfit. I do not accept requests for specific fabrics—this allows me to create a cohesive design that reflects both your vision and my artistic style. If you have a specific look in mind, please provide as many reference pictures as possible to help guide the design!

Free Extras, Shoes & Accessories:

I include a small variety of doll accessories as a free extra, some of which are handmade by me! These accessories will be personalized to complement your doll’s overall aesthetic. You are welcome to share inspiration or a few ideas for the type of accessories you’d love to see, but the final selection will be at my discretion. Not all requested items may be included, as feasibility depends on materials, time, and the overall design.

Shoes are also included as a free extra within a budget of approximately $30 (includes tax & shipping). If you would like to select specific shoes that exceed this budget, or if you choose outfits or accessories from other sellers, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of the item (including tax + shipping) as well as a curation fee of 15% of the total price will apply.

Eyechips Selection:

Eyechip choices must be finalized before payment so I can place orders in a timely manner. Any changes requested after payment will require you to cover the full cost of the new eyechips (including tax + shipping), and a 15% late change fee will apply. Additionally, changes after this stage may cause delays in your doll’s completion and shipment. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure you are happy with your selection before finalizing your order.

Creative Process & Revisions:

• I currently only work with female Blythe dolls.
• All of my customizations are done in my own artistic style—I do not copy other creators’ work.
• If we decide your outfit requires a sketch to better visualize the direction you would like to go, please keep in mind that sketches are meant to be approximations. Some details may naturally evolve during the crafting process, and minor variations are part of creating a cohesive, handmade piece.
• Once the design direction is set, I take creative lead to bring your vision to life. While I’m happy to check in for clarification at key points, commissions are not a collaborative back-and-forth process with ongoing design changes. Work will not be redone once it has progressed beyond a certain stage, including outfit silhouettes, fabric choices, or other major design elements. Please trust in my expertise to create a cohesive final piece while maintaining artistic integrity.
  

Revisions & Changes:

• Minor modifications (such as adding freckles or beauty marks) may be requested after payment.
• No major change requests (such as changing skin tone, hair, or requesting a completed outfit to be remade) will be accepted after payment. This includes full remakes of custom garments or requests for entirely new complex outfits.
• I allow for one (1) major rework after the customization process has begun. This includes changes like a full rework of the eye or mouth shape, or a request to revise parts of face-up. Additional reworks may be possible for a fee, though please note that not all rework requests can be accommodated. Please note if any rework is required, your doll's shipment will be delayed.
  

Progress Updates

I’ll typically share a few photos during key stages of the customization process, such as once the carving or face-up is almost complete, or when special items or outfits are finished. These photos will allow you to confirm your preferences before moving on to the next phase. However, please note that the customization process is final once a stage is completed, and further changes or revisions will not be accepted once confirmed.
