• Please note I am not responsible for any delivery/custom delays or applicable tax/custom fees and is the buyers responsibility. If you are international, please check your country's custom/tax fees to avoid surprises!
• Due to the hand crafted process, my dolls may come with small imperfections.
• Customized Blythe dolls are not toys and can easily be damaged or scratched. Please handle with care!
• Only suitable for 15 years and up.
• Dark fabrics may stain the doll.

I currently only have time to take on one commission, so I review all submissions and select the one that speaks to me the most 😊

I’ll take about one week to review submissions. If your request is selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email from me. No rejection emails will be sent out, so you will only hear from me if I pick your request - thank you for your understanding!

It will take me 10-12 weeks from time of payment to complete your personalized Blythe doll. This allows me to have enough time to order everything and create a doll you love! Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

📸 Tip: Please include as many clear reference photos as possible when submitting your request! This helps me better understand your vision and increases the chances of your project being selected!

Starting Price

Personalized customs start at $750 USD.

This reflects the time, collaboration, and care involved in creating a one-of-a-kind doll tailored to your vision. It includes:

• TBL base doll (replica)
• All customizations listed in the Base Personalization section
• One simple handmade outfit
• Free extras (see Free Extras section for more details!)

📝 Note: This base price is firm. I do not accept dolls sent in by clients, as I prefer to purchase from trusted sellers to ensure quality and avoid modification issues.

Additionally, you may notice that my custom doll pricing has gone up slightly - this is due to recent import tariffs and increased shipping costs that have affected the price of TBL base dolls and materials. I do my best to absorb as much of the cost as I can, but I also want to ensure I’m working with quality materials from trusted sources while continuing to fairly value the time, detail, and care I put into each doll 💛

Genuine Blythe Customs

Genuine Blythe customs start at $1,300 USD.

Please specify in your request if you're interested in a genuine base. Final price depends on the model’s rarity and current market value.

• Permanent Ear Attachment – $25
  Can be fantasy-style or realistic with different ear profiles.
• Standard Ear Piercing (Lobe) – $20
  For added ears only.
• Extra Ear Piercings – $20+
  For non-lobe placements.
• Facial Piercings – $30+
  Nose, lip, eyebrow, etc. May vary based on placement.
• Painted Nails (hands & feet) – $50
• Small Tattoo – $30+
  Simple linework or symbols (e.g., wrist, ankle).
• Medium Tattoo – $70+
  Detailed art on upper arm, thigh, or chest.
• Large Tattoo – $110+
  Full back, sleeve-style, or complex body art.
• Obitsu 22 or 24 Body with Neck Joint – $100
  Includes body, neck joint adapter, and full installation.
• Reroot or Wig – $120+
  Commissioned from trusted artists. Style and artist availability affect final pricing.

📝 Note: Reroot/wig availability depends on the artists' schedule. I will confirm availability before accepting your request.

Custom Outfit Pricing

All outfits are handmade and include hand-stitched snap closures and miniature buttons where applicable.

Basic Set (~$60–$70)
✅ Already included with your custom doll!

This price is just if you’d like to add an extra Basic Set. Includes one simple outfit:

• Dress with bloomers
  OR
• Top + bottoms (e.g., skirt, shorts, or pants)

Full Set (~$70–$110)
A complete outfit that’s fun to mix and match! Includes:

• Simple Dress
• Top
• Skirt, shorts, or pants
• Bloomers
• Accessory (e.g., bag, apron, or bonnet)

Deluxe Set (~$110–$160)
A detailed or layered set that includes two mix-and-match outfits or one complex garment. Includes:

• Layering Blouse, Jacket, or Coat
• Simple Dress
• Top
• Skirt, shorts, or pants
• Bloomers
• Accessory (e.g., bag, apron, or bonnet)

Optional Add-On: Jacket or Cardigan (+$25–$35)
Want to cozy up your doll’s look with just a little extra? If you’re not going for the full Deluxe Set but would love a handmade cardigan or lightweight jacket, this add-on is for you! Price depends on style and materials.

Once we agree on the customizations for your doll, I will create a private listing for you where you can purchase your personalized Blythe.

"Base personalization" refers to the amount of customizations which are included in the base personalization price. 

I'm open to sending progress pictures as I work on your doll so feel free to reach out at any point!

📝 NOTE: Your doll can come with straight/wavy/curly hair and is available in variety of colors! Note what you would like in the request form and I'll try to match your request as best I can.

Eye shape modifications are considered extra. This option is available within the form.

• Carved face (nose, mouth, philtrum, etc)
• New eye chips
• New neck joint
• New faceup sealed with Matte Mr Super Clear UV Flat, lips sealed with gloss varnish
• If you would like lips to be non glossy, please mention this in the form. There is no extra charge!
• Freckles, beauty marks, etc on the face can be added as well free of charge.
• Hair washed, trimmed, and styled
• Gaze correction
• Faux mink eyelashes
• New pull strings with charms

• Artwork done on the back plate

Once your request is selected, we’ll begin the process of making your one of a kind doll! The process moves through a few key phases: Ideation, Carving, Face-up, Sewing, and Finishing Touches - with thoughtful check-ins along the way.

Ideation Phase

We’ll finalize all customization details, outfit choices, and extras. If needed, I can even sketch something out to help bring our shared vision to life!

Once we finalize the plan, I’ll create a private listing just for you. After payment is completed, major changes will be limited - so please make sure you’re happy with everything before we move forward. (More info in the Commission Guidelines!)

Carving Phase

I’ll begin carving / sculpting your doll’s features! Before I move on to the face-up, I’ll send you photos of her carved face. You can request one major change at this point (like tweaking the eye or mouth shape).

Face-up Phase

Now it’s time to bring her expression to life! If you didn’t use your one major redo earlier, you can request it now (for example, adjusting the eyebrows). Additional changes after this point might be possible for a fee - it depends on the request and where we are in the process.

Sewing Phase
I’ll start making the outfits we planned! If you’d like sewing updates, just let me know — I’m happy to share progress pics. Once the outfit is done, I’ll send a photo of her all dressed up! Please keep in mind that since I order materials specifically for your doll, I won’t be able to offer full remakes of outfits.

Finishing Touches Phase

I’ll pull everything together - her custom sticker sheet, accessories, shoes, and any little minis we talked about. If we planned something specific, I’ll send you a quick peek before she’s lovingly packed up and sent off to you 🥰

I love bringing unique doll creations to life and appreciate your trust in my work! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please review the following guidelines:

Fabrics & Materials:

As part of my creative process, I source all fabrics and materials for your doll’s outfit. I do not accept requests for specific fabrics- this allows me to create a cohesive design that reflects both your vision and my artistic style. If you have a specific look in mind, please provide as many reference pictures as possible to help guide the design!

Free Extras, Shoes & Accessories:

I include a small variety of doll accessories as a free extra, some of which are handmade by me! These accessories will be personalized to complement your doll’s overall aesthetic. You are welcome to share inspiration or a few ideas for the type of accessories you’d love to see, but the final selection will be at my discretion. Not all requested items may be included, as feasibility depends on materials, time, and the overall design.

Shoes are also included as a free extra within a budget of approximately $30 (includes tax & shipping). If you would like to select specific shoes that exceed this budget, or if you choose outfits or accessories from other sellers, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of the item (including tax + shipping) as well as a curation fee of 15% of the total price will apply.

Eye chips Selection:

Eye chip choices (including their placement) must be finalized before payment so I can place orders in a timely manner. Any changes requested after payment will require you to cover the full cost of the new eye chips (including tax + shipping), and a 15% late change fee will apply. Additionally, changes after this stage may cause delays in your doll’s completion and shipment. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure you are happy with your selection before finalizing your order.

Creative Process:

• I currently only work with female Blythe dolls.
• All of my customizations are done in my own artistic style—I do not copy other creators’ work.
• If we decide a sketch would help visualize your doll’s look, I’m happy to provide one! Just keep in mind that sketches are meant to give a general idea. Some details may naturally evolve during the crafting process, and minor variations are part of creating a cohesive, handmade piece.
• Once the design direction is set, I take creative lead to bring your vision to life. While I’m happy to check in for clarification at key points, commissions are not a ongoing back-and-forth design process.

Revisions & Changes:

• Minor modifications (like adding freckles or beauty marks) can be requested after payment - no problem!
• No major change requests (such as changing the skin tone, hair, or asking for an agreed-upon outfit to be completely redesigned) can’t be accepted after payment is finalized. This also includes full remakes of custom garments, new requests for complex outfits, or big changes to outfit shapes, fabric choices, or other key design elements — especially once I’ve already started sewing. Please trust in my creative process to bring your vision to life while making sure everything stays cohesive and true to the original plan!
• I allow for one (1) major rework after customization has started - for example, redoing the eye or mouth shape, or revising parts of the face-up. If you've already used your one major rework, any additional revisions may be possible for a fee, but aren't guaranteed. Just keep in mind that any rework will delay your doll’s completion.
  
  
  

Progress Updates

I’ll typically share a few photos during key stages of the customization process, such as once the carving or face-up is almost complete, or when special items or outfits are finished. These photos will allow you to confirm your preferences before moving on to the next phase. However, please note that the customization process is final once a stage is completed, and further changes or revisions will not be accepted once confirmed.

By commissioning me, you agree to these guidelines and trust my creative process. Thank you for your understanding—I look forward to creating something special for you!

Please note that I cannot do overly complex outfits. I will try my best to accommodate to any specific requests for detailed outfits, but I cannot guarantee exact remakes of requested outfits.
